Cancellation Policy

Please provide us with at least 24 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

- Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of scheduled service amount.

- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% reserved service amount.

Your appointments are very important to Blink. As a courtesy confirmation texts/e-mails are made 4 business days prior to scheduled appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember scheduled appointment dates & times.

Late Arrivals

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on the circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session but will receive remaining appointment time.


Blink stands firmly behind all its salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service, please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Adjustments will be honored for one week of the service date.


Retail items may be exchanged if unused, in original packaging, and presented within 14 days. All returns or exchanges will be issued as product credit only.

Gift cards

No refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Gift cards are treated as cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift card must be presented for redemption. Balance cannot be used towards gratuity. Gift card balances can be checked at anytime during business hours with card number.

Child Safety

 Although we love children, for their safety, comfort, and relaxation of our guests, we ask that you refrain from brining unattended children into the salon and spa.
